Stroll along the lovely paths at Camden Town Farm, just over the road from the village, or even take a short trip to the Nepean River for a scenic walk. A Taste of Spring: Fresh Berry & Mint Smoothie Recipe

Need a quick and healthy boost? This refreshing smoothie is packed with antioxidants and flavour.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt or almond milk

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • A splash of water (to reach desired consistency)


Instructions: Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
